GXY-360 drilling rig is a medium depth core drilling rig, which is mainly used in geology, metallurgy, coal, hydrological construction engineering, hydropower engineering, highway, railway, port and other industries which mainly drill with diamond and cemented carbide bits. This rig is also suitable for engineering geological exploration, shallow oil and gas exploration, mine tunnel ventilation, drainage, hydrological water well drilling and large-diameter foundation pile engineering construction.
1. More reasonable speed range, with eight speed stages, centralized speed change, mutual self-locking, large low-speed torque, and a wide range of use. Suitable for both engineering geological survey and diamond core drilling.
2. The drilling rig has two gears of reversing speed, which is convenient to handle faults safely.
3. The gyrator chuck adopts manual ball chuck and automatic centering hydraulic chuck for users to choose.
Manual ball card type, reliable clamping, no damage to the active drill rod, and can be used to reverse the rod without stopping.
Hydraulic chuck type, can clamp hexagonal active drill pipe or round drill pipe.
4. Equipped with enough instruments, which is conducive to grasping the situation in the hole, less joysticks, reasonable layout, flexible and reliable operation
5. The double-plate normally closed friction clutch is adopted, which is flexible in opening and closing, and easy to adjust and use.
6. The vertical spindle of the GXY-360 drilling rig has a large through hole, up to φ 93mm, and can use φ 89 triple drill pipe for rotary jet operation
7. Equipped with front and rear moving oil cylinder, the gyrator moves 465mm backward, which brings a lot of convenience to the tripping tool.
8. The drilling rig is light in weight, compact in structure, easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be suitable for drilling in hilly or mountainous areas.
